What areas do you cover?
We cover Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. This includes North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, South Yorkshire.
York / Harrogate / Hull / Leeds / Wetherby / Ripon / Boroughbridge / Malton / Knaresborough / Scarborough / Driffield.

We are also happy to travel outside of these areas. Please contact us with your venue location and we'll see if we can help.
 
 
 
What events do you cover?
We can cover all occasions. Weddings / Birthdays / Engagements / Corporate Events / Team Building / BBQs.
 
 
 
How do I book?
Please use the contact page to get in touch. We'll get back to you with our availability and how to book.
 
 
 
How do I pay?
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal. Details will be provided upon booking.
 
 
 
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 25% deposit to secure your dates. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid up to 14 days before the event. This is not the damage deposit.
 


What is the damage deposit?
The damage deposit is to cover against any lost or damaged items. The price of this will depend on the games chosen within your package. The damage deposit is fully refunded within 3 working days of your event providing no games are lost or damaged. The damage desposit must be paid with the remaining balance 14 days prior to the event.



What if it rains?
Most of our games are resilient to a light drizzle or short shower. We understand that British weather can be unpredictable. If heavy rain is expected all day, we kindly request that the games be moved indoors due to their wooden nature to prevent them from being damaged. Fortunately, the majority of our games are suitable for indoor use as well. For specific dimensions of our larger games, please refer to the games section on our website. Any damage to the games due to wet conditions will be charged for.

What if a game is lost or damaged?
We understand that accidents can happen and while the games are in your possession, they are entirely your responsibility. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend that children are always supervised when using the games. Additionally, in very wet conditions or as the evening progresses and people become intoxicated, we advise bringing the games indoors and storing them safely to mitigate any potential damage or accidents.
Please note that a damage deposit will be taken upon booking which will be fully refunded (provided all items and games are returned in their original condition). The cost to replace any damaged or lost items will be deducted from the damage deposit. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a fun and safe experience for everyone.
 
 
 
How much is delivery?
Delivery and collection is charged at £1 per mile from Stamford Bridge, York. Let us know your venue location and we'll get back in touch with a quote.



Do you have Insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance covering up to £1,000,000. If your venue requires the certificate please let us know, we'd be happy to provide it.



Can I keep the games for longer?
We'd love for you to enjoy our games for longer. If 12 hours isn't enough and you would like the games for longer, please let us know when making your booking to check availability.
 
 
 
What if I want to cancel my booking?
We'd be sorry to see you go but we understand plans can change.
If you choose to cancel earlier than 14 days before your event, you will only lose the 25% deposit and will not be required to pay the remaining balance.
If you cancel within 14 days of the event, the full amount will be payable and  not refunded.
Any damage deposit paid will be refunded.
